The initial consultation is a fact finding process. Finding out what you like and dislike and to establish your specific requirements. From this we can create your unique space tailored to suit your every need.


From a visit to your home we can establish exact measurements, technical information and layout options. But more importantly we can get a feel for your individual style, taste and way of using your personal space. Combining your ideas and having your input is crucial in order to design the best possible environment. After all, this is your home.


Using the latest in CAD drawing systems, we are able to create 'lifelike' visualisations of your space which helps if the project hasn't been built yet. Our showroom is one of our best assets. We pride ourselves on having the latest innovations, design ideas and thought provoking spaces. It gives you unlimited inspiration and out of the box thinking.
Our design process is totally different from other companies. The presentation is initially treated as an extended consultation. Over a coffee (or tea if that's your taste) we'll go through plans and elevations of the project and if necessary make any tweaks that may be required. Unlike other companies we do not charge for re-designs or additional work, after all we want to create your dream room.



A technical survey is an essential part of the installation process. It is designed specifically to look at services such as your plumbing, gas and electrics making sure they are compliant with current government legislation. In the event that they need a little updating we will take care of that. The technical survey also looks at any additional building works that may need to be carried out. Such as extensions, removal of walls and of course the planning and building consent needed in order to do this.


Once the consultation, design and technical survey has been done we can then really start creating your dream space. From removing your existing kitchen, bathroom or whatever room we are improving right through to the fitting of your new furniture.
Richard himself is an apprentice served Carpenter & Joiner with 20 years designing & installing kitchens experience; there's not much he hasn't come across!
Our installation teams are the best in the industry with extremely high standards and an eye for detail. All this makes for the perfection both on & off site! We can also supply only & offer assistance wherever we can!



From start to finish, every project is overseen by Richard and your designer. This ensures the highest levels of service and attention to detail throughout. Continuingly reviewing the project performance and progress so you know exactly what stage the key elements are at. One of the most rewarding things is working closely with you to create your vision. A 100% commitment is given to every client with a full understanding of the finished project.
On completion of the installation we will carry out a home check. This will be done by Richard and your designer to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the project and to offer any comments regarding the service that we have provided.



In the unlikely event you have any problems with your kitchen or bathroom, we offer a 24 month workmanship guarantee. This in turn is backed by TrustMark a government endorsed initiative. Alongside our own commitment and TrustMark Scheme we also offer HomePro, an IBG (Insurance Backed Guarantee).

1. A firm's technical skills have been independently checked through regular on-site inspections, asbwell as checks on their trading record and financial status;
2. Firms have signed up to a code of practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care;
3. The approved scheme operator has checked and will continue to monitor the firm's quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction;
4. Firms are able to offer an Insurance Backed Warranty;
5. Deposit Protection Insurance is available for consumers in the event a firm should cease trading;
6. Firms will be able to tell you about any building regulations you must comply with and may also be able to provide appropriate certificates;
7. If you have a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve the issue;
